If you make your cookie dough ahead of time and end up refrigerating it before baking (which I did with this batch because tantruming two-year-old), let it come to room temperature for a few minutes before forming into balls and slightly flattening. Notes but i though i would try a few tweeks and see if i could make them a little lighter/healthier, and what do ya know- they turned out awesome! Such a great recipe.
